Customized Order Form

To customize your tiara:

1. Select the model style, base color, and feature color. Add your e-mail address.

2. A Prima Korona designer will contact you with the pictures of available designs and prices.

3. Select one of the design ideas from Prima Korona, and indicate your method of payment. We prefer you using PAYPAL, but if you do not have a PAYPAL account, ask us for our other payment options. We accept personal checks, but start production only when the check has cleared.

4. Prima Korona will provide order status of the production and send tracking information when it is completed.  Please feel free to ask us any questions regarding customized orders via this form.
